Cool, can't wait to see it.

Does anyone know anything about some of the older projects we haven't heard about in a while such as the DAC Hotel, Riverhouse(or whatever it's called), the cool one on Speer?

Those are pretty funny renderings, but in all seriousness, I guess it makes the rest of us who have never even tried to do that realize how really difficult it is to create a future skyline rendering. I know I couldn't do any better than Snyder or Navy... and I'm not even going to try. Good try guys. Here's hoping Ken can do it... no one knows more about what's going on in totality that he does, right?

The hard part is that the renderings dont match the perspectives needed to do it properly. I was telling Junkie I'm too lazy to build them in SketchUp. Plus I deleted the program from my puter anyway

hardly....the only thing ken doesnt know are the wild plans that roll around in my head.

oh - that rumor from long ago was regarding 1100 15th Street - Hines might revive that plan based on the strength of interest in their other project down the road.

That's cool, but he(BCP) said new tallest.... so that means much taller than the original Hines proposal

that there was a mighty nice proposal. it would be neat if we could get one two-project block up and running... dueling tower cranes (humming dueling banjos to myself). so if you have overlapping construction easements, which crane has the right of way?

So what would be reasonable assumptions in height, if Hines builds this AND it is a new tallest? 50, 60, 70-stories? I assume it would have to be somewhere in that range.

BCP is correct. I can't say details either, but I know someone who works for a to remain anonymous development firm. He said they have preliminary plans for a 47 story tower on the same block as the Teatro tower. Hopefully they will go public soon with the plans and then everyone will know!

HOLY SHIT! Are you serious? Residential I assume? They should consider going up to 65 floors and make it a mixed use tower, with the demand in downtown Denver right now for the three main fillers of towers, all in desperate need of more. I could seriously see someone announcing a new tallest soon...

Saying my prayers and keeping my fingers crossed!!! I hope this tower happens, with everything on the board right now that is either taking place? Or about to? Denver will truely look like an entirely different city in 3 years!!!
