Hey Snyder, what about all of the projects that have gone up in the DTC? And the ones that are going up/will be going up in the DTC? Do you plan to list any of those? Or is this thread only for the inner 3 mile radious of Downtown Denver?

BTW Fucking awesome work man!!! Very nice, plus it really helps so that we don't have to filter through every little nonsense post on the Mountain West to get to the REAL DEVELOPMENTS!!!!

btw I think we are due for some recent photo updates on the Spire and 1LP as well as some others... I'm not saying anyone in particular has to go snap some pics, just saying it's been a few weeks. I think we are due for updates if anyone out there plans to be photo touring soon???

I'm going to try to get out tommorow for some 1LP/Spire pics. They both have some really cool things to show off. 1LP has added some floor to ceiling glass and some more height. Spire has the first level poured and a little bit of the second going.

Hopefully I can remember to take my camera out tommorow

It might be a good idea to move this thread to the city compilation forum and delete the old one. Snyder has done such an excellent job on this that it will fit right in with what others have done for their respective cities. We already have threads for some of these buildings and of course the main Denver construction thread here, so perhaps this thread might be of more use to the rest of the SSP audience. Just my

yea, I actually started the original in the wrong thread (accidentally) and a moderator moved me to City Compilations. So, I decided to make it better, so it would better stand out in City Compilations. After I started making it better, I thought everyone in the Mountain West thread might enjoy it, so I posted it here. I also decided that I will need updates and that I was more likely to get people in Denver posting updates to this one in the Mountain West thread! So, the duplication is logical and does has it's purpose!

....Driving north on Lincoln I loved the angle of LP1 which is very wide at that angle and it must be up to 14 or 15 floors. Man, its going to look sweet next to the Holy Ghost building and the white or silver cladding is special. 8th and Acoma is very visable now...must be up about 8 floors. I also noticed the cranes around Coors Field...keep em' coming.

It has yet to be determined on wether or not Palazzo Verdi is going to be offices or condos. The building is being built purely on spec.

Intersting facts:

1. Upon completion Palazzo Verdi will be the tallest pre-fab concrete building in the state. Not a single I-beam in the whole thing.

2. What you see now, is only the south half of the building. They will finish out the south half completely before they move to the north half. They weren't able to land a large stationary crane for the sight and had to make do with two medium cranes.

Yes, I've done concrete testing on it, and this is how I know.

There is a fairly large company that is going to lease a bunch of space in the building, but yes, I believe it was originally built entirely as a spec building...

Interesting about the crane/construction issue!

I'm in the process of doing a new future skyline. I'm not using the Four Seasons base aerial but the one I've been using on DenverInfill. In addition to the future towers already there, I have added the new Four Seasons rendering and Tabor II. I'm currently working on 1800 Larimer and then will do 1900 16th Street next.
