I'm not crazy about the "Vinyl Windows from Feldco" grey either.... we'll have to see it on the whole building, but it looks kind of generic and cheap to me at the moment. It will be nice to see real stone on a building here, however, after so much imitation concrete etc. for so long. It may not be the most cutting-edge design of a curtainwall being made these days, but at least it's going to be quality.
If anything, seeing the curtainwall under production in China should put a lot of people at ease concerning Teng's intention and ability to make this thing rise. Now I guess people will start speculating that the building will be built only to the height of the setback, just enough for the hotel?
