- Michigan & Roosevelt -- One or two towers?
I would guess that this is only going to be one supertall, if any. We already know what OMP3 is shaping up to be. I don't think they have room for that + 2 more towers.
- Carley
Since there appears to be that hotel deal in the works, hopefully at least Carley will
own the land he's investing time and money into this time...
- Lake & Canal? Is this now 200 N. Riverside?
Probably. I've never heard of this supertall before. But Medici is southeast of there, and we know that's not going to be supertall. I can't think of any other land in play in that area, other than 200 N. Riverside.
- Trump II?
I doubt we'll see much from Trump for a while, since his units are not moving rapidly at the moment. I agree with another forumer that there will be a lot of activity at Trump 1 once the units are finished - all of the pre-construction buyers for that project are probably already in.
- Kelleher II?
I say, let's let him get the first one up in the air before we start getting hot about the next one, damnit!

But it's fun to dream, and personally I hope the market makes him even more filthy rich on CS, as a reward for his faith in Chicago and ability to think on a grand scale - leading to a second one, of course.
- Franklin Point + Wolf Point
I think these are our next supertalls, folks. They have powerful players behind them, killer sites (great views + river + one foot in the Loop and one foot in the 'hood), and I think the developers are in it for the long haul. It might take a while, but they can afford to sit out some market cycles if necessary.
