Le Hana and Bella Espresso look like they both will be ready to go pretty soon

more future retail

I wouldn't be surprised to see glass on 3720 soon

btw the trees on the public walkway towards the river at the john ross have been all planted and that is opened up. now we just have to wait for mirabella and atwater to be complete to truly appreciate that space.

We only have 2 completed buildings in SOWA. We're going to have more like 50,000 posts once they finish 10 of them.

Something that SoWa reminds us all of is when there is willpower, there is a way. Portland is the only city in its class to be able to put together such a plan, well in the US anyway. Vancouver might, but they have different conditions in Canada.

You're the man, Doug! SoWa is looking great. I wouldn't be surprised if they started putting glass on 3720 pretty soon. Speaking of that, does anyone know what kind of glass they are using for this tower?
