Great update, Mulligan. Thank you!

Does anyone know what the "other side" of this building is going to look like? Like if you were looking at it from the corner of 20th and Welton? I've only seen 2 renderings and they're both from pretty much the exact same angle. Just curious...
Either way, this is gonna be such an awesome addition to the skyline!!

It's just flat on that side.... same facade as the other side more or less.

Here are some updated pics of OLP. There was a question about what the other sides looked like last time so I did a complete walk around..starting from our office suite window. Enjoy!

And here are a couple of others from my walk..

I drove by yesterday and was amazed at how big of an impression its already giving. Its a residential highrise and on a small block, so i figured it might look kind of small compared to everything else. However, it really stood out driving by and you can already see it from both I-70 and I-25 (depending on your direction of drive, of course). To think its not even halfway up yet!

Nice Pic, I always wondered how they make the crane higher? Is there a hydrolic system?

Anyway, yes, great pics CoVol and IdahoMtnBoy. It's looking so tall and non-rectangular. Great shape it's beginning to take.
