Sorry Wolfie, I should know better then to feed and/or tease the wild animals, especially if they live in my neighborhood.

Back to buildings, my dentist had to move out of his building at 1860 Larimer Street because that half of the block was sold. He was told that a 22-story condominium was going to be built there with construction starting this summer. The current building (next to the Spaghetti Factory) is a mess and needs to go, but does anyone know what is planned to go in at 1860 Larimer?

DenverA, that's the 22 story office building called 1800 Larimer:

hahaha...never mind then. LOL

By the way you simply have to love DI.com. Not to be confused with DIY.COM or any other variation thereof. Of course as I was told DI.com doesnt bring up denverinfill.com, but so what...by now everyone who is anyone should know what denverinfill.com is.

Now who wants a T-shirt?

I got caught up in that DI.com trap a few weeks ago like everyone else, just didn't want to admit it. But it is shorter then typing out the whole thing.

The replacement for my dentist's office look wonderful and much needed for that space. I did hear that the building across the street was run ramped with bed bugs, hope that structure meets it's demise soon as well!

I want a t-shirt of Denver Bear's avatar!

Chatter

Everyone look at page 15 and see how little is devoted to the actual subject. Seriously, if you guys need to banter back and forth, please do it privately and save this forum for what it was meant for. CONSTRUCTION!!

No, no, no Newby! That's not how you welcome yourself to the mountain west SSP Forum. Most of the people who were "chatting" on page 15 have been on this site for a long time and have earned the right to chat about what ever they please!!! Now there is a way to get your request, however your attempt will get you no where... So I suggest you Cheer up amigo, this City is doing just fine, there is plenty of construction going on that we can talk about...

Well I hate to offend anyone...but get the hell over it. This is a PUBLIC forum...I see plenty of worthless threads here that have absolutely NOTHING to do with development such as the Mountain West <enter sport category here> Bullshit Threads...etc etc etc etc.

In addition, I don't see any of the people here that have bitched about the "back and forth banter" offering up any type of development news whatsoever. So I'm sincerely not sorry if my little comments about Bronco's mom's ass or whatever are a nuisance to you.

There are plenty of other avenues available for you to find development news. Here's a little list:

Crej.com
Denvergov.com (check out the LPC and LDDRB pages, development review cases, city council minutes and permit applications)
Denver-cityscape.com
Denverinfill.com and blog
construction.com

...just to name a few.

Those two dimensional avenues may be better for you since you cannot handle the personal banter back and forth between forumers that have posted on here longer than yourselves. Furthermore, many of the forumers who loyally post here have actually met in person at forum meets. God forbid if we do that...since we might end up talking about other things than construction.

Oh and one more thing...it took Bronco almost a month to respond to my "momma's ass" comment. So blame him!!
