Trump is actually developing towers all over the place... if he is even the one being mentioned...

Charlotte 400+ft Propo
New Orleans 800+ft Propo
Las Vegas 600+ft UC
Chicago 1000+ft UC

BTW dont forget tallest can mean one of two things.. number of floors as in Trump's plan or taller than Republic Plaza...

Please Trump=Chump, he doesn't care about Denver, And what is this Skyline changing tower? WTF? Who the hell said anything about that? There is no information about this on DI.Com? Is some one is blowing some serious smoke up our ass.

BCP mentioned the tiniest bit of a hint about a "skyline changing tower" I find that idea hard to chew, I could be wrong? But something tells me this idea is a very long shot...

Maybe we will se a new tallest by 2010? But I highly doubt something is in the works right now, no way...

Wait didn't I JUST read that exact post 30 seconds ago.. I drank too much at Pleasure Island or somthing...

I think there was a "rumor" about the 4 Seasons Teatro tower some weeks before it was announced way back in ought some such.. maybe 1. Noone took that seriously either. But then BAM! It was announced.

BCP's Rumors are like rumors that Oprah is gaining weight.. they may not be true RIGHT now but wait long enough and they will be.

Is your target to have something like this announced by 2010? I think now would be the time announce something like this for a number of reasons. First, despite the recent hikes, interest rates are still historically low. Also, vacancy rates are as atractive as they have been for a long time. Finally (and a little more up in the air), the next 9-12 months are going to tell us a ton about what kind of economic cycle we are in. Nobody seems to know for certain if growth is expanding or contracting.

The first two reasons make the situation ideal to build a new tower. The third is irrelevent for simply anouncing projects given their very long life. I would not be at all surprised to see this.

I haven't heard anything about this "new tallest" but I can tell you I greatly doubt it will be Tabor II. The rumors I'm hearing is that it will be 700k SF in 37 stories. In my blog back in March, I estimated 38 floors if they went with the 700k SF version.

Let's hope there's some truth to the new tallest rumor!

Actually, the construction at I-25/Arapahoe is the Palazzo Verdi office tower (16 stories), not the Renaissance Hotel, TOTP. The Renaissance Hotel should start up in the fall or winter...

Are there any other residential highrise proposals I need to add? I only have CityHouse. With funding in place and construction imminent on Four Seasons and 1401 Lawrence, I have them in Under-construction/Approved. So, I am looking for some more proposals to add to the list of Proposals.

Also, feel free to share any updates on any of these projects and I will update the master post. I don't have any recent photos of One Riverfront - for example.

It seems like this list is for projects that are either already under construction or seem very probable ( i.e. both four seasons and 1401 Lawrence are building/finishing their sales centers). I didn't think Riverhouse was that far along?

On the subject of residential highrises does anyone know the name and official height of the really tall apartment tower near Cheesman Park? I havent seen it listed anywhere and from all angles it appears well over the 300 ft mark.
