I saw that. Pretty interesting, especially the Norman Foster building in Astana. The BOA was about half the height of the Verizon Building next door, so it wasn't too outdated. A lot of times post production takes over a year.

I like this tower more and more every day, the renderings might have lied, but it dosnt look that bad. plus its TALL.

Yesterday the 16th. First time seeing it in person since November, and all I can say is that it looks much better in person than in photos. And I'm finally starting to warm up to that glass

It looks like a another skyscraper that will fit into the midtown crowd. It is slightly taller than its immediate neighbors. The Hearst is still my favorite midtown NYC office building. I don't care for the spires on a flat top, it reminds me of injection needles.

it totally beats the ESB. I think their deck might be a little too high and you're too far south. I took a zoomed in pic of their observation deck from mine and it was crowded with people.

The steel rises faster than the core when scrapers are constructed in New York. I believe it has something to do with the unions.
