How could you hide something like that? That's a good size building. LOL. 9-stories for Murray is big news. What web site did you get that rendering from?

I did notice that the building is call "The South Pavilion Medical Office Building" Does that mean there's going to be a "North building" also? That got me thinking.

Man Murray is starting to look good from the freeway. If they get those other 3 towers that were being talked about, it's going to be awesome!

Anyone have updates on the Lehi project? I almost think that it was a hoax

I agree rodan about Murray. Of course this would have even looked better near downtown

...as for the Lehi project, I know a guy that works directly under Brant Anderson (the developer) and Ill see if I can squeeze some info out of him.

You can't say you didn't warn us Wasatch. That would be interesting to see if you can get a response out of Anderson's associate. I'm betting the response will be the project is still a reality, they've just decided to take their time, hmmmmmmmmmm... The location, is just too good to pass up. If Anderson has any follow-through ability at all, he is bound to find some sort of investment partnership situation. Something will go in at that site, but probably along a phased timing.

Back to the topic of the IHC Campus, it really is turning in to an attractive focal point for the Valley. The location makes a lot of sense from a central standpoint. It doesn't take a lot of imagination to figure out what this will do for the future of Murray. Has anyone noticed what the status of our favorite bar is? Have they torn it down yet?

More Murray news in the press this morning on the expansion of Fashion Place.

Fashion Place is expanding / Major renovation will add stores and plaza

this guy seems a little cooky but I like where his head's at. I definitely (like most on this forum) don't want to avoid downtown until CCC is done but many people do. Maybe something like this would help bring those people back.

I've received news that the HP Tower has a new rendering. I'll let you know if things have dramatically changed.

Nice. Would be nice if they added some floors to the building.

Can dream and hope on that. And I hope no nightmares of floor removal...

Intriguing...although I've never liked the design, I wonder what they'll do to change it at this point?

Honestly, I hope that they are chaning the color a little bit. I never have liked the color, always wanted something a bit darker.

According to the downtownrising website, the Walker Tower renovation is supposed to be completed this month. Is this timetable still correct? You see, I've been waiting for the new sign to be mounted on the building, I even had a dream about it ...looked Cool! Does anyone know if the sign is going to be installed or whether or not the idea has been scrapped?

Sticky status means that we are at the top of the page. This helps others to locate the threads quicker. I think it is a good idea.

This could be good news or it could also be bad news. They could add floors or take floors off. It could go both ways. Can't wait to see what they have in store.

My money is on them adding floors. Remember when they announced the groundbreaking to be July 10 the news article stated it would be the states 3rd tallest. Of course the media is often wrong and don't have anymore info than we do so maybe not. they would be stupid to take floors off, I mean honestly WTF, why not add more, the market certainly needs it.

With the condition of the downtown office market (i.e. <2% Class A vacancy rate) ...they wont be cutting floors.

I wish this baby would be at least 25 stories and retain the original spire that was suposed to be part of it.

...thats my guess

Yea I like the older rendering of the Tower with that Spire. They need to bring that back.
