Great eye on that shot...I have also noticed that it seems like the river is starting to finally show a "natural" color to its polluted days.

Looks like they are unloading the East crane's tower segments now.
The West crane raised itself by one section yesterday.

If you look closely at the core wall you can see the embedded connections for the steel beams. You can also see a continuous piece of steel angle running around each floor to support the future steel deck. Neither of which you see on Waterview because they're using concrete slabs.

Again...

Waterview Towers site is a lot smaller and tighter. But as you've noticed, waterview is now progressing nicely.

Woah slow down there, this won't be getting any curtain wall until they start framing it out, which won't happen until they finish the foundation, wish won't happen until the finish digging the hole for the foundation!

If you want a guess about how far ahead the core will be by the time all of that happens, I'm thinking several hundred feet, like 300+ above the curtain wall... Unless this is like Trump, which I doubt it will be due to its steelness and lack of annoying transfer floors that allow the glass to keep right up with framing and pouring...

yes it is finally moving along. Both of these will be amazing from the CAF boat tour when done.
