I got downtown right after 6 and tried to get in line for one of the tours, but a police officer told me that no one else could go. I was bummed. The dang paper said that it was from 3-7 so I don't understand. I walked around the tower anyway and at least got to touch it and smell its newness.
A couple of non-RSA shots:
A huge thunderstorm interrupted everything and left everybody running for cover, so I didn't get any night shots.
