I took a few construction shots from my office and on the way to my car today. Just one floor more than Mulligan's shots from the 10th but a floor in a week is good.

I thought that at first, but if you look at it closely, I don't think it is... those floors don't look like parking garage. flat slabs with closely spaced columns... I don't know, if it is parking, it's not like any other parking garage I have ever seen. It doesn't look like it can do it structurally (you usually see a double-T cross section for parking garages - need the deeper section to handle the bending/moment caused by cars.)

Not sure, Brent... I'm not enough of an engineer to know those kinds of things!

Whatever those levels are, we'll find out sooner than later!

I don't think it's parking, looking at the construction I haven't seen any ramps for level transitions as you would find in a garage. So, unless there is a giant elevator to bring the cars up to these levels the floors have to be slanted for another reason.

you obviously haven't seen my parking garage. it's a complete bitch to get in and out of...but it has all of that

Maybe the east side foreman is reading inches and the west side foreman is using metric and the people in middle are just connecting the two sides.

I thought for sure they were parking levels, but if there's no ramp up to the second level, then they got a problem. Time to find the plans!!

From last year's summary, 6 levels of parking with infinity pool on the seventh level. That must be (mostly) parking there. So Bunt, can you explain a little more about the structure of parking garages that this seems to miss? I failed out of civil engineering before we got to that, I guess.

Maybe the 1st -> 2nd floor ramp is interior and we can't see it now....
