Building in Brandon

On this website and emporis.com it lists a Park Rose Towers as a building in Brandon. Does anyone have any information about this building as no one has heard of it. I've lived in and just ouside Brandon for all my life and I've never heard of this building. It's listed at 14 floors which would make it the tallest and can't hide that easy. Is this building listed under the wrong city?

Trevor

Scotia Bank

That would be the Scotia Bank building. The thing is, others that i've talked to online on a Brandon based forum have never heard of it. Long time residents haven't heard of it either. A 14 floor building is going the have a hard time hiding in our skyline.

I'm pretty sure this is it. It's not called Park Rose Towers anymore though.. I think it's a seniors residence now..

No, CYBR is right. that's not Park Rose Towers. Maybe there's something out on the west end near the IGA? I could've sworn it was that place.. oh well.

Just comparing the shadow from that building and the Scotia building on 10th and Rosser, it seems that it could be similar or close in height.
