What would you have expected/preferred?
While it was under construction and draped by tarping I was hoping for something modern, I'm not disappointed the least. Their choice of materials compliments neighboring 2nd ave business', but still draws the eye with an aesthetically pleasing facade with unique design elements(three peaks).
I wonder if the side of the building with the Bob Marley portrait was intentionally kept that way, or if they were forced by the heritage society to incorporate
I hope they plan to keep Marley and maybe add some more wall art.
