Anybody have a ballpark estimate of what a nice old single-family would go for in Wheeling? You know, in livable condition?

You can find a nice home in Wheeling anywhere from $70,000-160,000. Of course there are homes that are of higher value particularly in the Oakmont and Oglebay Estates sections of Wheeling. Wheeling is a real bargain as is Pittsburgh. West Virginia is an extremely affordable place. Living costs are 8%below the national average in West Virginia. We also have low property taxes too.
