From thos few pics. I must say that Minsk seems to have much potenetial for future development. I still looks too Soviet in the bad way. Some paint, newer windows, and many of thos comiie-blocks could look appealing.

Feels kind of empty for a city of practically two million people (size of Warsaw, Belgrade or Budapest)
