I think this discussion is totally appropriate for this forum. The fact that there are quite a number of people here that think everything is all hunky dorey in Regina is precisely what is wrong with the city and the reason Pat made it to another term. Everyone here should be fighting tooth and nail to save these old buildings, not cheering as they go down.

After Calgary, Regina has the second lowest office vancany. That must say something, no?
