Hell yeah, and even better will be that we'll get a huge tower and a ~2 acre plaza. I'll post a shot from this future viewpoint in the main thread.

LOL If I screwed Waterview up that bad, I'd need a drink. I was tempted to say I don't make mistakes that bad, but I remember how I had Frodham Spire twisted the wrong way for a week and a half.

Great models again. Can you stick the 351 N. Clark, Grand Kingsbury and 303 W. Ohio in the last one? That would be cool.

BTW, WVT and 300N LS really make quite a statement closing in that part of the Chicago River. I can't wait for both of them to get going.

There is a sign on the parking structure stating it will be closed starting Feb 28th

^ 351 n. clark will never have its own thread because it will not stand over 700' tall (the minimum height required for chicago projects to get their own thread). all discussion about 351 north clark and the rest of the rivernorth center project belongs in the chicago boom rundown thread.

Thanks Steely. I actually work and live near 300 N. LaSalle and am very excited about the project. And since I bought a place at WVT, I have a personal stake as well, I guess you could say. The cooler my neighborhood looks, the better

All requests go in the main thread. I don't want to spam the whole P&C section with stuff for my model. If you notice, I only post, at most, 1/2 of my new renders outside of the main thread.

As for you request, I'll get to those buildings when I get back to the River North area. I update the model in patches. The last neighborhoods, in order, have been: Lake Shore East, Water Tower/Mag Mile, North Loop and now Central Station. After that I'll be replacing all the art deco towers in the SW Loop.

Seeing 300 N. LaSalee in STR's models really surprised me by finally coming to terms with how much a dominating presence it will have. Talk about strength personified in form and proportion. This is quickly becoming one of my favs. Tons o'character.

The view looking up the river seeing 300 N. LaSalle, Trump. Waterview, with Fordham peeking out, combined with the current beauties along the river is better than anything we could have dreamed-up five years ago. Great pic.

Can't wait to see this go up...as a former employee of both Pickard Chilton and Kendall-Heaton (the AOR) I'm sure they're going to knock this one out of the park.

Yeah, I have tons of faith in this team. The work theyve done on that tower in Atlanta is amazing in quality. The hi-res renderings for that particular one match the actual tower almost exactly. They do damn good quality work.
