I think that's who's constructing it. They put their site signage on the projects they are building, (like 131 Water) but their website shows that many of the sites are being developed by someone else, (in the case of Water St, it's FDG Management). So far this site hasn't been added to the website, and the permits were sought by JTA Development Consultants, presumably on behalf of the property owner. (Originally that was Point Grey Developments).

Looks like the sewer project at Columbia and 1st is finally rounding the corner... though now officially behind schedule given they said it would be done by "end of summer". The crews and equipment seem to have shifted half a block south from the intersection and the part where the pipe bends under the intersection is now almost filled in.

On that note, any word on when they will resolve the issue at Terminal between Main and Station where the sewer pipe is still above ground?
