Latest Buffalo East Side developments. All images my own.


COMPLETE: East Side, Broadway-Fillmore. Playter Gardens. Residential infill of 73 units of various 1 and 2 story attached homes and 3 story apartments all on a single block near Central Terminal.





IN WORK: East Side, Broadway-Fillmore. School 44 conversion into 65 affordable apartments



IN WORK: East Side, Broadway-Fillmore. Buffalo Central Terminal. Tower exterior and concourse renovations continuing in preparation for reopening as special event center.



IN WORK: East Side, Broadway-Fillmore. Endeavor Health Facility. This infill joins recently completed or in work apartments at The Lyceum, School 44, and Apon supermarket on long vacant/underused properties.


IN WORK: East Side, Kensington-Bailey. Evergreen Health. Infill on long vacant corner lot in Bailey business district.


IN WORK: East Side, Highland Park. Amherst Commons. 134 apartments on site of former bowling alley.


IN WORK: East Side, Northland Corridor. Continued restoration and development of multiple vacant former automotive and aerospace manufacturing facilities undergoing renovation and/or conversion for use as new facilities as part of a Training Center as well as new production and development facilities. Hundreds of thousand of square feet have already been restored and repurposed in the last few years, and this is new work to expand.

There's many smaller projects going on at once and most WNYers don't realize the scope. Bit by bit Buffalo rebuilding and repopulating.

Latest images of ongoing projects at Canalside, downtown Buffalo.

Heritage Point - 2 6-story buildings, 64 apartments, +mixed use.


Marine Drive Apartments Phase 1, 4 buildings (12-story, 7-story, 3-story, 3-story garage), 254 apartments, +mixed use.


North Aud Apartments - 3 buildings (12-story, 6-story, 1-story commercial), 251 apartments, +mixed use.

Image shows progress of Heritage Point (left) and Marine Drive apartments (right) at Canalside. North Aud work is also progressing, with new piers being installed, though hidden by the highway across from Heritage Point.
