I think the first residential floor is level 6 so they're like around the 26th floor.

Nothing happening on the roof of the hotel but there are workers in the lower floors.

they couldn't have chosen a more drab and cheerless panel colour for this project...WTF?

Doesn't clash with or detract from the red brick heritage building, but the heritage mullions could have been a different colour to add some life.

Pic by me today.



The black spandrel abutting the balconies looks odd.
It gives an unfinished look like there are light gray panels missing to bookend that side
- I think the balconies will be enclosed on that side by a wall screen in the gray panelling.
The renderings show symmetry with the gray panels on the east side.

Probably only 2 more floors to be built onto the hotel, based on the rendering.

They poured the columns/elevator core for the hotel another level recently

Just need to finish the roof on the hotel

The facade is up to the 18th floor on the residential tower facing Cambie.
