Kind of weird they have those concrete walls right at/over the gabions. But I guess it's all founded on piles so whatever. Again, a 🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵 example of turning your back to the river. But another addition to the area.

I can't believe that the apartment on the right side of the construction between the two other apartment buildings was torn down some time ago. It was where the trees are presently in the parking lot. This isn't on the same side as the Mayfair apartment.
