Fantastic! Saskatoon's already amazing coffeehouse scene will get even better. Should be a great vibe at that location.

Unsubstantiated Reddit rumour that the Black Duck is returning to its former home in the vacant Rook & Raven space.

I cannot understand for the life of me why the vacant space (it's been many years now) on Broadway that was once the Burning Beard has not been repurposed somehow? It was a very popular pub...and I know there were rumous about its closing....but I would think it would have been snapped up by some new business by now.

Anyone know the story on that space?

New Saskatoon Princess Auto location gathers a crowd

Hundreds of customers were up before the sun Tuesday morning, standing in line for the grand opening of Saskatoon’s new Princess Auto location.

Dave Matthes Vice President of Retail Operations West says the second location, at 3005 Meadows Parkway near the south Costco in Rosewood, is 50,000 square feet in size.
