Valley Metro email me yesterday. So this is proposed for bus network redesign adjustments.
Those route will change/elimination redesign or reduce service. Here it is:
Expand frequent weekday service from seven to 19 routes, giving an additional 238,900 residents access to bus service every 15 minutes or better.
Increase weekend service to every 15 minutes or better on 11 routes, giving an additional 349,900 residents access to more frequent weekend service.
Improve connections and reliability with more direct routes that better align with how people travel today.
Provide more Express/RAPID trips per route throughout the day by consolidating or adjusting some Express/RAPID routes to focus on key corridors.
Reduce the need to transfer by providing more direct connections to destinations that currently may require riders to change buses.
Reduce, shorten, consolidate or eliminate service on 25 lower-performing routes, with the type and extent of the proposed changes varying by route. Some routes could see reduced frequency, while others could have segments or entire routes consolidated or eliminated. Community feedback will help Valley Metro better understand the potential impacts of these changes.

I know the route 16, 39, and 44. Those routes will changes new redesign.
New routes 44 from Desert Ridge to 40th St/Baseline Rd. It will be replaced the route 32 from Baseline Rd via 40th St and University Dr and then to 44th St & Washington St.
The route 16 and route 39 will be extended service to JW Marriott Desert Ridge from Union Hills Dr to Black Mountain Blvd near Pinnacle High School and then go east on Deer Valley Rd.
The route 16 will go from JW Marriott Desert Ridge to Shea/32nd St. From Union Hills Dr to 40th St all the way down to Shea Blvd and then to 32nd St. It will be replaced route 39.
The route 39 will go there from JW Marriott Desert Ridge to Black Mountain Blvd and then go on Union Hills Dr and then go on 32nd St all the way down to SR-51 and get off on Northern Ave and then go down on 16th St. It will be replaced route 16.
New route 57 from JW Marriott Desert Ridge to Paradise Valley Transit Center via 56th St. Go on east of Deer Valley Rd and then go down on 56th St all the way down to Cactus Rd. Turn right on Cactus Rd to Tatum Blvd.
