Their old building I remember from 25 years ago was an RV dealership and had once already expanded the front showroom They first bought the former TopLine dealership, followed by the cabinet shop behind it in the trees. That last residence has been fighting him now for almost a decade because they knew what was up and didn't want to sell for what they were offering in an effort to consolidate.

He didn't even wait to get it graded and paved. He's already got the front of the lot packed with cars.

Looks like PETER MILOBAR has taken over the center BC party. I've gone through their mandate an plans and there is NO plans to change DRIPA from what the NDP put in place.

Look like when Peter ran with the Conservatives, he just said what he thought would get him elected and when called out for not being truthful, People were right about him.

That guy and his new party personify the swap of BC politics. No morals or ethics. He's just in it for himself. I hope to see them siphon votes away from the NDP.

Im so... disappointed with a guy were supposed to be able to trust. I feel he betrayed everyone in his riding and our city.

They are really gonna cram in the unit in Orchards Walk East. 1000 units. Interesting to see so much new development around the high way (Orchard Walk, Pineridge, Kenna Village, new Hockey Rink, Iron Mask) There will be basically no major gabs from entering to exiting via the #1.

That's crazy to see how the High Way corridor is filling up. Worries me about future lane expansion.
Hole digging has begun at 977 St.Paul this week as well as the hole on 533Columbia street as well.

Hopefully its not more cookie cutter high street rentals apartments. Those things are polluting cities with lame architecture everywhere. I suspect the build quality is also trash.

Any word on 360 Columbia Street? They've had a demolition permit out for awhile now and still no action. Would be great to see that one start up.

Ive put a bid in and heard NOTHING back from the developer ( out of Calgary ) to this point.
