It is unfortunate that a) it's taken so much time to make such little progress on both sides of Zibi and b) they didn't work to make it more functional throughout the construction period. It's really just a dead zone where some people happen to live right now.

Dead zone indeed. The only reason to go there is if you are a resident or you are crossing the river, mostly in vehicles. The access to Chaudiere Falls was awful, a massive construction zone.
