I saw that, too. Amazing!

Apparently they're not "moved in" until the end of the month, but they're able to practice there.

What an amazing timeline. Open by the first day of game week.

Bluebonnet Hill Arena and the rendering posted shows the cap-n-stitch over I-35.

I can't help but think of how amazing the music festivals would be with concerts at Bluebonnet Hill and the Moody Center at the same time.

Better put some security cameras nearby - that signage is ripe for vandals. 🤘🏻

Hmmm. I think the rendering is being a bit generous with the cap. The txdot schematic has it starting around the moody center instead of going all the way to MLK.

I.was thinking / hoping that large water tank (or whatever it is) was going to be painted with murals or something. If they can keep spending millions on new facilities and such, and charge a shit ton for football tickets, they can at least put a fresh coat of paint on it.

Perhaps when Bluebonnet Arena is build Texas will wrap the tank with a video screen to display future coming soon events for both arenas.

Yeah it's spectacular. I imagine they'll expand the outdoor field to add another end zone when/if they renovate the swimming building.

But I was down there for the game and walking by it is awesome because it adds some shade. Also, there's this huge screen inside that's viewable from the street. It's awesome. Sorry for the picture quality. I tried to clean it up.
