I think it looks great, but the area is disgusting. Every time I leave MSG late at night after a Rangers game, I encounter a wave of pot-smoking miscreants loitering around and acting undesirably. This dystopian area is not where Societe Generale wants to be.

If RXR is having a hard time getting 175 Park off the ground, then Vornado's quest of finding an anchor in this dump at $300/sf and finding financing are tasks that make Hercules' labors seem facile. This is a text book case for Wener Heisenberg. It would vindicate the members of the Solvay Coneference.

And yet, you continue to go to an area you find “disgusting”. Perhaps you should stay home. Vornado has consistently and continuosly signed tenants to it’s towers in the area, including filling up its renovated 1 and 2 Penn Plaza. Which makes what you think of the area (as if it mattered) sound foolish.

If you want to see the Rangers play home games, there’s no alternative.
