This is before Port Authority plans to combine this site with their own property. In all, there will be 3 office towers associated with the new bus terminal, two directly above the terminal itself.
I forgot that the whole block will be redeveloped.
Can it span/cantilever over the Dyer lanes and make that a tunnel?
It's cool, but unfortunate that the high line extension is now in the way though. I've thought for a long time it would be great if 30th could be restored to original dimensions and air rights over Dyer given to new highrise developments.

Looks like my suspicion (and hope) that 450 West 31st would be be added to the assemblage is turning out to be correct.
450 West 31st Street is a commercial co-op, not a single owner, so may complicate its purchase. Obviously, not unheard of to buyout the owners at the right price.
