I looked up property ownership on TravisCAD for a bunch of these parcels and there’s not a single name that pops up more than once and nobody of note. Didn’t see Tito or Elon.
I would retract my statement and agree with yall that it’s just a vision, except for the fact that the firm involved seems to have a successful list of actual development on their website and the fact that their client is listed as a public authority. Ain’t no way this is a vision if a public authority is having a quasi-zoning plan put together. Each individual building may be a stand-in for eventual design, sure, and totally unrealistic, but if land is zoned for a certain type of structure… eventually that’ll be what will gets built on that land.
