This project has been redesigned. Now 46-floors with multiple terraces and a crown, construction may begin in the next 12-18 months.

Have you seen the rendering?

Houston is my favorite SunBelt city (excluding Miami). I always like to see new additions to it.

Hopefully this "CRE" person on HAIF is credible.

Has the design been revealed?

Also, what are the cross-streets for this project?

This one is being reeled back to life.

High-quality space demand could spur new construction amid a dry pipeline. We’re seeing this in Houston: spec development is underway (100 Waugh, Lily on Kirby), and several proposed sites will need a prelease but are likely to start (1750 Post Oak, Autry Park Phase 2/3, 800 Preston), supported by a backlog of 2029–31 lease expirations

It's been downsized, but the new design looks great and is much better IMO. I would bet the farm this moves forward

Agreed, the new design reminds me of a much cooler version of Capitol Tower down the street

Not bad! I welcome this site coming back to life, Houston has an impressive amount of recent office product and this will only add to that.

Need to see more but my gut instinct is the first proposal was much more interesting. There's something about the scale here that seems too massive for the residential buildings surrounding it. Feels like this block needs setbacks or something.

Very nice. If the scale is correct, that looks like it's going to be over 600 feet tall based on the surrounding towers.
