I've noticed that too with the google streetview of it it's hard to even see the building behind all the trees, if I lived there I think I would want some sun to come in especially in the winter
I'm shocked that 937 View is finally getting developed especially such a tall building
i've seen a few proposals fail over the years at that location, I believe the last one was 17 stories
I recently noticed the two adjoining lots on Beach Dr. across from the golf course for sale for a cool $52.5 million which i believe is the highest listing in the city's history
