It's cast-in-place concrete, they are just going quick. At a floor per week this will be topped out before the holiday season.

Any signs of tower #2 starting?

I fear they may wait to see how the lease-up is on the first tower before they start the second.

AFAIK they only have financing for the first tower atm. Probably need to wait for this tower start generating revenue

First National is a big CMHC lender and appear to be financing the construction of this - CMHC is "updating" their main apartment financing program at the end of the month so I'd imagine the developer is working to get an application in by the end of the month otherwise the financing options are less attractive. If this is the case, they would need to get started within six months of approval (probably April/May)
