I never see customers in the supplement place upstairs either, Body Energy seems to be winning

Must be the Superbaba.
It seems to be taking forever for work to start.
I think they redemised the space and added exterior doors, and it has been sitting idle for months.

Telus Health Hub is taking the food hall space on the mezzanine.

I guess they were just doing the demising/framing work in the other BP.

Primary Location: 658 HOMER STREET, Vancouver, BC V6B 0S5

Specific Location: Level 1 Food Hall.

Work Description: Landlord improvement for a new mezzanine and changes to the main entrance in the future Food Hall area of The Post, 658 Homer Street.

Revision 1: to lower the elevation of the mezzanine

Revision 2: To revise: the mezzanine floor assembly from 1 h FRR to 2 h FRR, the configuration of the entrance vestibule and stairs at the Hamilton St. entrance and to remove the escalators that led to the Dunsmuir Street entrance.
Change of the project CP (Michael Linton is the new CP)

Revision 3: To expand the mezzanine (Level 2 VBBL) on the double-height commercial space and to convert the future planned occupancy from food hall to a medical office Telus Health Hub. Change of Sprinkler Engineer from Keith Trulson, P. Eng. to Macleod Grant, P. Eng. effective April 3, 2025. (issued March 25/2026)
Is FRR = Fire rating?
Sounds like there were escalators from Dunsmuir linking through the mezzanine to a 2 level Food Hall.
So the connection to Dunsmuir is severred and the only entrance to the Food Hall will be from Hamilton.
The Food Hall may also have a lower ceiling across much of it.
I wonder if there can [still] be a connection between the Food Hall and the Homer st. "Atrium"?

The Food Hall might have made a good flagship location for a relocated London Drugs (even if out of the way).
The CityMarket seems to be doing well - esp. after the Amazon offices opened up.

This one could be the Homer St. Atrium:
