Have started forming for the 7th floor slab on the east end.

Forming for the 8th floor slab is moving along on the east side. The 2s common area fronting Richmond St now has steel installed.

Looks like they have started pouring the 8th floor concrete slab on the east end. Should see 8th floor wall and post forming starting next week.

Forming and pouring of the 8th floor and walls and posts progressing now on the east side. Masonry contractor has started installing the faux stone starter course on the west end of this 8s building.

Looks like they are wrapping up the roof slab pour on the east end of this 8s building. Exterior wall steel framing and insulation is now going in as well on the lower floors.

Now forming the mechanical penthouse and roof top features on the east end of this 8s building. Masonry contractor continues to install faux stone blocks base course around the western end of this building. Exterior steel framing started on the east end and insulation board installs as well as they work to build the exterior shell. Should see the steel framing for the 2s common area glass wall on the SW corner being installed soon.
