First images reveal the dimension of a new giant from Balneário Camboriú 400 meters high

The first images produced by Lotisa give an idea of the size of the superbuilding that the construction company will build on Avenida Brasil, in Balneário Camboriú. The company's first venture in the city will be a 400-meter-high skyscraper

As the column anticipated in May, Lotisa estimates an investment of more than R$ 1 billion. The neighborhood impact study (EIV) presented to the city hall indicates that the enterprise should have up to 115 floors. The construction company says there will be more than 100.

According to the studies, the project should have a built area of 86,000 square meters, 165 apartments, 17 commercial rooms and more than 600 parking spaces, with an entire floor of public parking spaces.

It's crazy that the tallest buildings in Brazil are being built in the 210th largest city of the country! I get that these are all 2nd homes and that a big portion of the population arrives on weekends/holidays, but, it's still a crazy statistic.
