The masonry contractor has started installing the concrete block walls for the new Catholic elementary school off Stackhouse Ave in NE London. A large delivery of structural steel is also now onsite.

Final touch-ups on exterior brick and trim on the new Catholic Regina Mundi HS on Wellington Rd S. I would expect they are targeting completion in time for new school year in Sept.

The new Lucan elementary school is still getting the 2nd floor concrete block walls built. Opening is targeted at March 2027.

To maintain the current Wilberforce Public School attendance area and due to proposed site for this school, grade reconfiguration in Lucan will be needed as part of this project. Clover Public School will be a Junior Kindergarten to Grade 3 school with a child care centre and Wilberforce Public School will be converted to a Grade 4 to 8 school.

They have basically wrapped up the exterior brick on the new elementary school in Jackson subdivision. Have already poured the concrete curbing and walkways for the parking lot and driveway. Grading for the parking lot has started which likely means paving will begin soon.

Paving of the parking lot and driveway is nearly complete for the new Jackson area elementary school. Interior lights are being installed for the classrooms which is a good sign interior finishing is progressing.

Landscaping contractor has been making alot of progress installing saplings and plants around the new elementary school in Jackson subdivision in SE London. They have already installed some basketball hoops and soccer goal posts in the playground area. Definitely appear to be planning to open the school this Sept.

I delivered computer equipment there today. Yes they plan to open for the school year. No doubt there will be finishing touches happening but they will get there. I remember when Pomeroy opened several years ago, I was there the week before Labour Day and thought no way were they going to be ready and they did. Same thing with that other school in that neighbourhood that opened last year, I think I even posted here that there was no way (and this was a couple months out I think) and they opened.
