Downtown Update, Silo Park Building 3 - Now Under Construction
West of the newly opened Post District, this redevelopment next to I-15 will pay homage to iconic grain towers and add housing, shops and a sizable park to the Granary District.

podium-build multifamily project is a welcome infill addition, which will be located along the 600 South entrance to Salt Lake City, and west adj. to the highly attractive and newly emerging Post District. The project will consist of seven stories
with five stories of Type III construction over two stories of Type I podium construction (including one story of subterranean parking). The project is named for the grain silos on the area’s north end, near 500 South, which will be preserved
as part of the project.
We now have details on what’s being built on the northwest corner of 600 S. 300 E. near Downtown.

Wow, that's the Liberty Corner development. I was wondering how far along that was, but had no idea it had progressed that much. Thanks for the update.

The Rocky Mountain Power HQ is fully framed out with steel now. It is quite tall and very noticeable from 1-80. Sorry i couldnt take a picture while driving on the freeway.
