I'd like the corner podium to take on more of the Windsor Hotel design. I honestly can't see any similarities right now. Arches would make a big difference.
That said, the glass corner looks absolutely amazing. A quality level I haven't seen on the Quebec side of the NCR. The rear is, not bad. Should add a nice modern flair to an area that's mostly a mix of heritage brick and 70s brutalist concrete.
Would be great if a portion, maybe that main corner, was a hotel. Vieux-Hull could really use the economic benefit of a hotel.
