Work to begin in August on the Sunningdale Rd rebuild east of Wonderland.


While a short section east of Hyde Park gets some minor work starting next week.


Appears they are targeting end of July to complete the Richmond/Sunningdale rebuild.

A lone excavator is back on the south side of Sunningdale clearing some tree stumps west of the creek. Their going to need alot more then a lone excavator onsite to make any progress.

Two more weeks of closures and lane restrictions to finish the top coat at the Richmond and Sunningdale intersection.

They finally opened up the full Sunningdale and Richmond St intersection. Top coat of pavement and lines all painted now. This project was originally planned to be completed by the Fall of 2025.

Now we have to wait for them to close Sunningdale at the Medway Creek bridge so they can really start on the widening of Sunningdale between Wonderland and Richmond. No doubt that will be late as well.

Culvert work continues on Sunningdale Rd W until Sept. No date yet for the start of Medway bridge replacement.
