Looks like this was arson.

Hopefully Medallion speeds up the demolition application and clears the old buildings on this corner sooner rather then later.

Yet another fire today likely the result of homeless breaking in and setting a fire. Medallion should just get on with the demolition permit and get these buildings removed ahead of construction of their new building before someone gets hurt.

Not sure were they are at with submitting a detailed site plan application or building permit.

With their 2 new towers in SOHO nearing completion will Medallion start on this proposal? The project on the block east has announced they will be starting now.

Not sure why Medallion hasn't demolished the buildings where they propose to build their new building yet? This latest fire is just the most recent example of vandalism happening here.

Good news as Medallion has started the demolition of the buildings where their new project will be built. The old taxi office is now gone and the two story house should be next.

They took down the remaining 2s building today. Clearing away the rubble and digging out the foundations over the next week and the site is ready for foundation contractor for Medallions next project.

City staff are recommending against the 2yr extension of the permit for the parking lot across the street.

Fire at Dundas and Hewitt this morning. This 2s building is right across the street from Medallions now empty corner. A couple of years ago the building immediately east of this also had a fire.

Wonder when Medallion will start the next step and get a shovel in the ground on their planned tower?

So it's now been over 4 years since Medallion submitted a site plan application for this 24s proposal.

no mention of it on their website
