Thank you !

These photos were taken in September 2025. However England and Wales - not Scotland - have been warm with blue skies for the last three months or so , thus making a good season for urban photography .

Really pleased you like the photos !

Birmingham has an extensive canal system , built to move coal and raw materials in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Birmingham proudly claims it has more canals than Venice !

There is a large Pride celebration every year in the city centre , but Kings Heath , a south Birmingham suburb with an alternative / bohemian streak , has its own Pride Festival too
