This looks similar to Riverwalk, but maybe a lighter pallet? (hard to tell with night renders).

Why is ~30ish stories the usual cutoff? Increasing the height to ~40 stories with a slight setback half way-up to break up the boxiness would go a long way.

Though still great to see another tower along the Schuylkill.

You're not wrong but if we're get 2 floors at 17th and Walnut and 8 floors at 23rd and Walnut, I can't complain about any 30 floor building.

This is a great project, don't get me wrong, (especially compared to the projects you referenced), I'm just being a tad picky in safe space.

But this hopefully means two towers rising together (maybe three). Pearl at 19th St, this project, and hopefully Jeweler's Row.

I was thinking back to when I moved here in 2012, and there was nearly NOTHING on either side of the river outside of PECO, 30th st, and the IRS building. Its hard to imagine now

Because cost(s) do not scale linear with height. ROI > raw height.
