300 Dundas Street, a heritage building just east of Wellington is getting a conversion to residential. Although this is good news all around, I think the biggest thing to highlight that it is Brad Lamb who is redeveloping this property. He is well known for luxury high rises in Toronto, Hamilton, Ottawa and Calgary. He says that if this is successful there will be 20 more that he will do. He seems like the exact opposite of you know who (Farhi). And for that we can all say Amen!!

This is a great development, I am not sure this building has had much in it consistently since there was a lawyer in like 2010. Great to add some apartments which will help spur better retail options on the main floor in time.
