How to draw Times Squared 3015?

Anyway, those trademarks are pretty small, so they should be just a bunch of pixels of different colors.
You can draw the logos in a bigger size and then reduce them with Photoshop to get a more accurate look.

You could replace those areas with a blank medium-grey box, or with a pixelated multi-color static box.
