I was by there a couple of weeks ago and it looked like materials were being dropped off and there were a few workers there. Definitely not moving quickly though.

Some bad news courtesy of Reddit: Carrington and/or their general Contractor is in default for rents on the property. Anyone know if they'll be able to right the ship?

Well that's just awesome. We'll now have numerous partially built properties strewn about.

So sad that this project is dead. Now this site will be abandoned for years.

Is it actually dead? Is Carrington dead? What about all their unfinished properties? Have they said anything?

Carrington has made it their business to pick up failed construction projects and re-start construction.

Maybe in this instance, Carrington will pick up the failed Carrington project for pennies on the dollar and develop it into another successful Carrington project after Carrington failed the first try around.

Carrington is definitely not dead, they just brought phase 1 of 1918 St. Mary's to market earlier this year and it's 100% leased up.

I'm glad to hear that. COMING 2027 doesn't seem possible now, though.
