That rendering is for the original 24-story, 322' proposal from 2021. The bottom of the tower is on the left. That site plan was withdrawn and resubmitted for an eight-story mid-rise. These are approved & released elevations:

The only new rendering coming up with a Google search is in this press release from December announcing construction. Although the facade in the rendering doesn't appear to match the elevations.

HPI starts construction on multifamily project by The Domain

Quote:
HPI Real Estate Services & Investments is moving ahead with a large and long-planned multifamily project near The Domain as the metro’s under-construction multifamily pipeline continues to shrink.

The city of Austin signed off on a site development permit for The Kent, HPI’s 396-unit apartment project at 2631 Kramer Lane, and Tim Shaughnessy, HPI’s multifamily president, said the real estate firm has already broken ground on the project.

The Kent is expected to be delivered in mid-2029, and the stick-frame project will consist of five levels of apartments and a three-level parking garage, one level of which will be underground.
