Interesting. 3 weeks ago I stayed at Hôtel Lindbergh, barely visible in the picture of the article, between Hôtel Classique and Jules-Dollaire.
I mostly remember construction work on the boulevard Laurier.

Anyhow, the article is subscription-locked. Does it mention the height of 79 m or is that just an estimate?

Quebec was very enjoyable, despite the weather. Château Frontenac is one of those you-have-to-see-it-for-real attractions. Old town in general is nice. Pont de Quebec is also cool

Aah, I thought phase 2 was the building to the right in the render, but now I see that's the SWL Condos. That one looked almost finished when I was there.
