The right in Canada gave into their populist base and have ceded the middle ground to the centre/centre left (Federal Liberals/BCNDP for example) which is costing them winnable elections. Seems like these parties are in danger of splitting, the BC Conservatives in particular, but man those Federal Conservative numbers are catastrophic. In the 20s after 11 years of Liberal rule! I expect big shake-ups on the right in Canada coming soon.
